Bed bug heat treatment for businesses
Whole-property heat treatment for hotels and serviced apartments, landlords and HMOs, and letting agents and property managers. Every treatment is monitored by calibrated sensors and ends with a certificate anyone can check online.
Hotels and serviced apartments
- Night treatment, so rooms are back in service quickly
- A same night log of every treatment
- An adjacent room inspection report
- A written note you can show a guest or a reviewer
- A standing rate card
- A 4 hour response
Landlords and HMOs
- A portfolio rate for five or more units
- A void inspection service: an empty flat, no preparation problem, treated between tenancies
- A monitoring plan for the whole portfolio
Letting agents and property managers
- A manager pack: insurance, risk assessment and method statement, a sample report and the rate card
- Three message status updates to you on every case
- A one page note you can pass on: why heat costs more and saves your landlord money

How payment works
Clear from the first job
14 days
Standard payment terms. Up to 30 days by negotiation, never longer.
Commercial Terms and Conditions- Payment terms are 14 days as standard, and 30 days by negotiation. Never longer.
- The first job with any new customer is paid in full before we attend. Account terms are available from the second job.
- Above £5,000 we ask for 50% before we attend, with the balance on completion, even for established customers.
- Until a payment record is established, the credit limit is £5,000 in total outstanding per customer.
- Where your organisation uses purchase orders, we need the purchase order number before we attend. In an emergency, written instruction by email from a named person with authority is enough. We never start commercial work on a phone call alone.
- Late payment interest is charged at 8% over the Bank of England base rate, plus fixed recovery costs, under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.
When you book, we ask for the authorised signatory, a purchase order number where you use one, the building manager or freeholder where relevant, and the details for a credit check.

A short message is enough. A case manager will come back to you, usually the same working day.
