3. 03Follow-up verificationChecked against the data, not a hunch.
4. 04Written clearance certificateOfficially certified. Signed, dated, and appended with your temperature readings. Accepted by letting agents and landlords.
5. 05Cover after the certificateYour warranty runs from the date printed on your clearance certificate: 30 days as standard, 90 with Gold preparation. If there is evidence of live bed bug activity inside that window, we return and carry out a full second heat treatment at our cost, never a spray, never a part treatment. Your case manager’s WhatsApp thread stays open the whole time.
