Preparing a home for heat treatment takes hours. Everything is finished by 10am two days before treatment, with a short video of each room sent to your case manager.

- Furniture reassembled and put back in place, TVs rehung. We do not fold clothes into drawers or make the bed

A few things stay with you.
- Laundry is not included in any package. Wash and dry what you want clean beforehand and put it in bed bug proof sealed bags
- You still remove pets, keep valuables and medication with you, and give us clear access
Gold takes care of the physical preparation. It does not include laundry, folding clothes into drawers or making the bed.

Your warranty starts on the date your Certificate of Treatment is issued. A reheat covers heat treatment only, not Gold preparation or Express.
* A reheat under the warranty is a reheat of the heat treatment only. It does not include Gold, even if your first treatment was Gold. Heat and preparation are separate: the warranty gives you a free reheat, not free preparation. For a reheat you prepare the property yourself, or you add Gold again and pay for it at the price at the time.

We bag, move and hang your things, and we bring everything needed to do it: rails, hangers and bags. We do not do laundry.
We arrange your Gold preparation with you on WhatsApp. It takes place on the treatment day or the day before, depending on our schedule and the size of your home. We may need access to your home the day before, so please bear that in mind when you book.
