We kill bed bugs with heat, not liquid sprays or insecticides. Temperature is measured at the coldest points in each room with calibrated data loggers, and that data is the record of your treatment.

EX-TC-001 section 3.1

An initial response visit is £140. We can attend within 24 hours and carry out containment. It includes one containment kit per bedroom, and each additional bed needs its own kit at £45. Within 24 hours always means we attend; it never means we start or finish treatment.

EX-TC-001 section 3.2

You normally have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. You can ask us to start within that period. If we then complete the treatment before the 14 days are up, you lose the right to a refund once the work is done.

Cancel before 10am two days before your treatment date for a full refund, less the initial response charge if we have already inspected. After that we keep at least 50% of what you have paid.

If you prepare the home yourself, preparation is due by 10am two days before treatment, with a short video of each room. With Gold, we do the preparation for you and you do not need to meet that deadline.

EX-TC-001 sections 7 and 3.4

Your warranty stays with the home: 60 days, or 180 with Gold, each with one free reheat. It is a promise of a free reheat if there is evidence of ongoing bed bugs. It does not promise that bed bugs will never return.

If something has gone wrong, tell us. We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and give a full response within ten working days.

The verify page confirms whether an Exuro certificate is genuine and whether the warranty on that property is active.

It shows only what is needed to check the certificate: the number, the dates, the area of the property and the warranty status. It never shows names, full addresses, photographs or contact details.

You may print or share pages and certificates for your own use, or to show a landlord, agent, buyer or insurer. The website content, name, logo and seal belong to Exuro, and nothing may be made that could be mistaken for an Exuro certificate.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage that results from our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

EX-TC-004 section 1

A referral code gives £100 off a full heat treatment. It cannot be used against an initial response, an inspection, an extra kit or any other charge.

EX-TC-003 section 3

One code can be used on each treatment, and codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer. A code can be shared freely and used any number of times by different people.

You cannot use your own personal code, or a code belonging to someone at your address, on your own treatment.

EX-TC-003 section 3

There are two kinds of code. Exuro’s own code pays nobody. A personal code is given to every customer who has paid Exuro, and it earns rewards for that customer. Only people who have paid Exuro can earn a reward.

EX-TC-003 section 2

A personal code earns £20 each time a new person verifies their phone number through your link, up to five people. It earns £50 each time a person uses your code on a full heat treatment that is completed and paid for in full. An inspection or initial response earns nothing. A cancelled, refunded or incomplete booking earns nothing.

EX-TC-003 section 4

The discount has no cash value and is not repaid if a booking is cancelled or refunded. Rewards are paid within 30 days of being earned, are not wages or a promise of income, and you are responsible for any tax on them.

Share your code yourself, with people you know. Please do not send it in bulk or say anything untrue about Exuro. Do not tell someone’s landlord, employer or neighbours that they have bed bugs.

EX-TC-003 section 5

These terms apply to every booking made by a business, including hotels, landlords, letting agents and managing agents. Consumers are covered by the Residential Terms and Conditions.

EX-TC-002 section 1

We start work only on a written instruction from a named person with authority to give it. We never start commercial work on a phone call alone. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

EX-TC-002 section 3

The first job for a new business customer is paid in full before we attend. Account terms may be offered from the second job onwards, after a credit check. Where they are offered, invoices are payable within 14 days.

EX-TC-002 section 4

Cancel before 10am two days before the treatment date for a full refund, less the initial response charge if we have already inspected. After that, or if we cannot treat because preparation has not been done, people or pets are in the property, or we cannot get access, we keep at least 50% of the total price.

EX-TC-002 section 5

You are responsible for the preparation in our preparation checklist, done by 10am two days before treatment and shown by video. Nobody may be in the property while it is heated, and we never treat an occupied room.

EX-TC-002 sections 6 and 7

On the day our desk is your contact. About an hour before we arrive we send a message with an estimated arrival time. We may also call, but a message is how we confirm it.

EX-TC-002 section 7

The warranty starts when the Certificate of Treatment is issued and lasts 60 days, with one free reheat. A Clearance Certificate is issued on day 14, once we have found, or you have confirmed, no further activity.
