These terms cover your use of the website. When you book a service, our Residential Terms and Conditions (or, for businesses, our Commercial Terms and Conditions) also apply. How we use personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice, which also explains our use of cookies.

2. Using the website

• You may use the website to find out about our services, get a price, book, pay and check a certificate.
• Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it automatically, or upload anything harmful.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We try to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be.

3. Prices and information

We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date. The price and terms that apply to you are the ones shown when you book and confirmed in your booking confirmation. General information on the website is not advice about your own property; your case manager will advise you on your case.

4. Checking a certificate

• The verify page at exuro.co.uk/verify confirms whether an Exuro certificate is genuine and whether the warranty on that property is active.
• It shows only what is needed to check the certificate: the certificate number, the dates, the area of the property and the warranty status. It never shows names, full addresses, photographs or contact details.
• A certificate that the verify page does not confirm should not be relied on. Please tell us about it at hello@exuro.co.uk.

5. Our content and brand

The website, its text, images, designs, certificates and the Exuro name, logo and seal belong to Exuro Pest Management Ltd. You may print or share pages and certificates for your own use, or to show a landlord, agent, buyer or insurer. You may not copy, alter or reuse them for any other purpose, or make anything that could be mistaken for an Exuro certificate.

Links to other websites, such as payment or review sites, are for your convenience. We are not responsible for those websites or their content.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use the website as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you use it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
